- Return Policy is only be applicable for Shopivate Malaysia (www.shopivate.com.my) website.
- Shopivate Malaysia shall use its best efforts that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and the customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by email or contact us posted in our website within three (3) days upon receiving the products.
- Return of Products can be arranged under the following reasons :
- If product have been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
- Wrong Products ( Wrong Size, Colour, Different Product)
- Product is expired
Customer shall return the products to Shopivate Malaysia in unused and its original condition, quantity and packaging (free gift, accessories, tags and label attached) together with the proof of order.
Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via courier service company to our Shopivate DIstribution Center at the following address:

68100 Batu Caves, Selangor,
The customer shall be responsible for the risk and condition of the product to be returned until its reach us at Shopivate Distribution Center as above mentioned. Shopivate will not be liable for any loss or damage to the products prior to the product is received by us. The customer are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
- Shopivate Inspection Team will inspect the returned product. If the condition in order/products has fulfilled the Refund Policy, refund will be made to the Customer.
- Refund will be paid via bank transfer within 14 working day after the approval of the refund.
